Sutton Place Hotel Policies

1. All Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 10% VAT.
2. $40.00 USD per additional person after the second guest.
3. One child 12 years and under stays for free once accompanied by an adult. $10.00 USD for each additional child.
4. All rates includes an In-Room Continental Breakfast Basket.
5. Check-Out time is at 12 PM. Check-In time is any time after 3 PM.
6. To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card number with expiration date for a one (1) night room deposit (including tax and service charge) is required. and is full refundable with 48 hours cancellation notice prior to arrival.
